Shipments within Greece are made via Courier Center or Taxydema or BOX NOW Locker.
The shipping cost is the same for any destination within Greece and is as follows:
For orders up to €50.00 the shipping cost for delivery in a locker is €2.50 and for shipment via courier is €3.50 *
For orders over €50.00 the shipping cost is FREE.

Countries abroad
Shipments to other countries abroad are made via DHL Courier.
The shipping cost is calculated according to each package volume and weight.
For orders over 150,00€ the shipping cost is FREE.
The e-Shop ships orders to Greece, Cyprus & Romania.

Attica: 1-2 working days
Land Destinations: 1-2 working days
Island Destinations: 1-3 working days
Remote Destinations: 2-5 working days
Delivery days: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (excluding public holidays)
The start date of your order is the shipping and not the order placement date, counting only working days.
Your order is confirmed in 1-2 working days, depending on the time and day of placement. Once it is ready to ship, you will be notified via email, which will include your order tracking number and you will be able to follow its progress here.
The tracking number takes a few hours to be activated since its creation, to show accurate results.
There are no shipping / processing and deliveries of orders on weekends and holidays.
It is not possible to collect your order from our physical stores.
Due to increased volume and safety measures, your order may be delayed.
Clever Points
Clever Point Service is a network of points, consisting of shops such as mini markets, flower shops, gas stations, liquor stores, photocopying centers etc. which operate in extended hours. Some of them are fully computerized and operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You can redirect your order to Clever Points, once you receive the sms/viber from Courier Center, which includes your tracking number and a link for redirection.
Non-Delivery or Delivery Refusal
In case of delivery refusal of your order, please inform us in time.
Customers who refused to receive their orders* or/and did not respond to our written, phone or courier’s communication, will receive any new order exclusively by paying via credit/debit card, Paypal, direct payment via e-banking or payment link.

Following orders with selected cash on delivery paying method, from customers who have in their order history, non-delivery or delivery refusal, will be canceled immediately without notice.
